The 16K PLUS Auto Align® Bale Runner is for stacking wet or dry 3x3 bales, 3x4 bales and 4x4 square bales.
The 16K PLUS is computer controlled to maximize speed and simplify operation. To pick up and load bales the operator toggles only the loader switch. The computer determines the motion of the Alignment Arms, Loader, Grab Hooks and Power kasyna Slide depending on the position of the loader switch and the position of the bales through the loading cycle. The 16K PLUS stacking system allows 1 person to roadside 80 - 120 bales per hour.
Timed detents are incorporated into the program of the computer to allow for the operator to hold a switch momentarily to signal the computer to complete the action started. This helps to eliminate hand fatigue.
Three manual switches control the motion of the Bed, Hitch, and Pushoff. These switches are used only once per load.

Computer Controlled
The computer controlled operation of the 16K PLUS simplifies picking and makes stacking faster. The operator still can manually override the system if required. To pick up and load bales the operator only toggles the loader button. The computer determines the motion of the alignment arms, loader, grab hooks and power slide. All switches are computer controlled to make sure the mechanisms do not interfere with each other.

Organized Stacking
It is fast and easy to make straight stacks by using the hitch to steer the 16K PLUS while backing up to an existing stack. Once the bed is vertical, open the Alignment Arms, activate the Pushoff and drive away. It's that simple. Activate the switch to lower the bed and the computer will automatically retract the Pushoff, lower the bed and return the 16K PLUS to the inline position for road travel.

Offset Hitch
The offset hitch position moves the 16K PLUS Bale Runner to the right of the truck or tractor so bales can be easily seen for pick-up.

Push-Off The 16K PLUS features a push-off that when activated assists in moving bales off the forks as you drive away.

Quick Loading - Auto Align®
With the Auto Align® feature, bales can be slid sideways or turned to fit between the arms. The alignment arms centre the bale first - grab hooks lift and hold the bale in place up and off the ground in order to pick up the second bale.

Tandem Axles and High Flotation Tires The 16K PLUS features heavy duty running gear connected to the frame with leaf spring suspension. All 16K PLUS Bale Runners come with standard high flotation tires and tandem axles. The dual axles can also be equipped with optional air brakes.
