The 12SR is a 1/2 Ton Big Square Bale Stacker. The Auto Align® Bale Skoop is simply designed and is engineered for use in most farming conditions. It is constructed of heavy wall tubing using custom designed cylinders to give maximum life. With the Auto Align® System the 12SR Bale Skoop can pick up bales in the same direction the field was baled. Therefore, it will work on corrugated, border dyke or pivot tracked land. The stacks are aligned both vertically and horizontally for easy loading to a truck with a Bale Claw or a Squeeze. For optimum performance of the Auto Align® Bale Skoop, bales must be tight and dry.
Faster than the competition because it picks up TWO bales per loader cycle, the Auto Align® Bale Stacking System allows 1 person to roadside 40 - 60 ton per hour. It makes loading out trucks fast because the bales are aligned both horizontally and vertically. The 12SR stacks twelve (3x3) dry bales six high and two wide. Bales can be picked up and stacked on or off strings.
The Auto Align® Bale Skoops are patented machines.

Grab Hooks and Alignment Arms on the 12SR
The grab hooks come out from behind the loader and holds the first bale in place. One hydraulic cylinder is used to activate the four large hooks. Unique floating pipes are connected to the ends of the alignment arms. With the loader raised 8 to 12 inches the pipes slide down to allow the alignment arms to hold the second bale creating the forward stair step in each row.

Manifold for Hoses and Double Hitch Cradle
The manifold, located at the end of the hitch, allows for easy servicing. The hitch is cradled at the pivot point for added strength. Plastic plates are placed at the contact points to decrease wear.
Benefit: Easy servicing, added strength, decrease in wear.

Pick-Up Bales in any Orientation
Bales can be picked up on the go at speeds up to 5 mph. In the offset position the bales are automatically aligned with the two alignment arms connected to the front of the loader. The bales will slide sideways and turn to fit between the arms as the Bale Skoop is driven forward.
Benefit: Operator can pick up bales in any orientation to greatly reduce loading time.

Auto Align® System
This system consists of the alignment arms and the loader. With the Auto Align System the Bale Skoop can pick up bales in the same direction the field was baled.
Benefit: Will work on corrugated, border dyke or pivot tracked land.

Ball Style Hitch and Labeled Hydraulics
A ball hitch is used on the Auto Align Bale Skoop. Hydraulic hoses which are labeled come out of the hitch and easily hook into the tractor outlets.
Benefit: The labeled hoses make for easy identification for the connection to the 3 remotes needed from the tractor.

 |
Pick 2 Bales per Cycle Alignment arms align the first bale to the center of the machine. Then the grab hooks automatically engage to hold the first bale in place allowing the alignment arms to open and engage the second bale.
Benefit: The ability to pick up 2 bales per loader cycle is a significant time saver.

Sequencing Valve
The unique sequencing arrangement employs a custom play casino online sequence valve and a 4-way valve. Together these two valves sequence the alignment arms, grab hooks and loader. The hydraulic hoses are laid out neatly for easy access.

 |
Warning Light The warning light that is placed in the cab indicates if the Bale Skoop is offset from the travel of the tractor. The Bale Skoop should always be in line when traveling through the field or on a road.
Benefit: Increased safety when traveling with the Bale Skoop.

|
 |
Bales Moved by Gravity The bed of the Bale Skoop is inclined to allow bales to slide to the back of the bed by gravity.
Benefit: This method means less maintenance because there are no chains or push offs to move the bales.

Full Width Axle and Tire Options
A 22,000 pound capacity axle is bolted to the Bale Skoop. The 12SR comes standard with High Flotation Terra Tires, but can also be equipped with Dual Truck Tires on the same axle.
Benefit: Less soil compaction and customer has choice of tires to fit operation.

Automatic Grab Hooks Hold the First Bale in Place
Alignment arms align the first bale to the center of the machine. Then the grab hooks automatically engage to hold the first bale in place allowing the alignment arms to open and engage the second bale.

Fast and Accurate Stacking The top bale is held in place by the loader. At the stacking location, steering with the hitch allows the operator to see the existing stack so the load can be easily aligned. Once the bed is vertical, the alignment arms are opened, and the Bale Skoop is driven forward to remove the forklift teeth from under the stack.
Benefit: Steering with the hitch allows for easy alignment when stacking, a big time saver for the operator.
